We must now all join together to fight with legal challenges and lawsuits. Friends of the Black River Forest have: 1. Filed a legal challenge to the Wetland Permit granted to Kohler by the DNR 2. Filed a legal challenge to the DNR’s incomplete final Environmental Impact Statement. 3. Filed a legal challenge against the DNR and the Natural Resource Board for approving an illegal land swap deal exchange prime Kohler Andrae State Park Land for an ecologically insignificant piece of land Kohler purchased across a marsh from the park for the prime purpose of forcing this land swap.
