Dr. Carpenter states the summary in the DNR's Environmental Impact Statement does not match the data collected. The mission statement of the DNR is to Protect and Enhance Our Natural Resources. The DNR is miserably failing at that mission. Science is being ignored, current rules are being ignored, and common sense is being ignored.
