Here is our attorney's response to the DNR on its very inadequate, unscientific Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed Kohler golf course. We emphasize that the DNR has worked for the Kohler Company for over two years without an application.....all while using taxpayer dollars. THIRTY-SIX DNR employees in 2015 alone worked privately for Kohler on the taxpayers' dime. David Siebert of the DNR says he doesn't know why they've fast tracked Kohler's project. It's time for this to stop.
