Boadi lands are excluded from Public lands in KUMASI

The acquisition of the lands for the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology comprised of 9 protocol townships within the KUMASI traditional area. This statement is justified by the stipulation in the Official lease granted by the government of Ghana in 16th May 2007. These towns are namely;
