We're Getting a Task Force

After 3.5 hours of discussion and votes on several amendments, the Williamson County Commission voted in favor of the original, unamended resolution to create a task force to study the county seal and provide a recommendation to the County Commission about the next steps in September.  The final vote was 18-5.

We are not at the finish line, so there is still a lot of work to be done with the task force, the County Commission, and (as resolved by the County Commission) the TN Historical Commission.
