The Urban Design Review Board will rule on Columbia Sussex request to demolish the building TODAY at 4 p.m. at their City Hall, 20 W. Pike Street in Covington. If you are able, please attend. Anyone is allowed to speak. It is a public hearing. Those wishing to speak will need to sign in at the beginning of the meeting or when they come in. You don't have to speak however. your presence will be enough. The public will be permitted to speak after staff gives their presentation and then the applicant answers questions and responds to staffs report. Each speaker will be permitted no more than 5 minutes. The capacity is 150-200 depending on if people are sitting or standing. You will be able to get into the room starting at 3pm.
