The CT House of Representatives will be voting to create tolls on CT highways to include I-95, the Merritt Parkway, Rt-8, and Rt-9.  They estimate 12 tolls will be placed from Greenwich to New Haven.  By signing this petition, you are stating that you are NOT in favor of this toll plan.
