Please sign this petition if you object to the recent changes coming into force for black bin collections of once every 3 WEEKS. 

This will cause major issues for families as waste will be left to rot and attract vermin for long periods of time.

The council have tried to say that the majority of the Wigan population have requested this via feedback so let's show that this is a pure lie and the majority are actually opposed to the change.
