I am APPALLED at the news of the recent BUCHA MASSACRE.

I am more APPALLED at the Government of Canada FAILING TO SANCTION KONSTANTIN BABKIN and Russian Owners of Buhler Industries,  Rostselmash. 

How many more innocent Ukrainians have to die before you act.

Rostselmash a Russian Company Owns 96.7% of Buhler Industries.

After the fall of the Soviet Union, Rostselmash was incorporated into a joint-stock company in 1992, and fully privatized in 2000. The new owners — Konstantin Babkin, Dmitry Udras and Yuri Ryazanov withdrew Rostselmash from the crisis of 1990-s.

In 2007 they took control of Buhler Industries of Winnipeg in Canada. Buhler Industries are the owners of the Canadian–built Versatile brand of articulated tractor, founded by Peter Pakosh.

Buhler is 96.7 per cent owned by Rostselmash, a major maker of agricultural equipment that is based in Rostov-on-Don in Russia, near the country's border with Ukraine.

KONSTANTIN BABKIN is the chairman of the Federal Council of the political party Party of Action, which supports the Vladimir Putin regime in Russia.

He has supported Russia's 2022 invasion of Ukraine. After Russia's annexation of Crimea, Babkin said to a crowd at a rally, "We should not stop at Crimea!"
He is the president of CJSC Novoe Sodruzhestvo and the president Rosspetsmash association. Member of the board of directors of Rostselmash.

He is also chairman of the board of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on Industrial Development and Competitiveness of the Russian Economy.

I have family members in Ukraine and have no clue if they are alive or dead.

I am sincerely disappointed in the Government of Canada.
