Thanks to your efforts, the U.S. Senate declared March 6, 2016, the first annual World Lymphedema Day. And now U.S. Senator Charles Schumer has asked the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health, and Human Services to appropriate $70 million in funding to the NIH for lymphatic research. BUT THEY MUST HEAR FROM US. This is not the time for silence, but for all of us to speak out. Sign the petition to the Senate and the Subcommittee members for the $70 million in research funding.
