Historical Traumas: The Perpetuation of Child Apprehension Biased and Based on Bloodlines

How does Children Family Services select which calls to respond to with immediate forceful apprehension? From what has been explained to me, I am told that all calls are handled equally, and seriously, but according to my observations and experiences in the system, I understand this is not the truth.
When a call is received, anonymously, CFS will, first consider the source. If it comes from an individual from a government organization, it is automatically taken into consideration. If the call comes from a civilian, it has the potential to be discarded of, but it depends on who is being reported.
If the individual being reported lives in a shelter, is indigenous, was raised in government care, or is new to Canada and does not understand their rights, these are probable cause to conduct their investigations. If a report comes in saying, "Hilda and Mike living in the suburban area with multiple cars may be neglecting or abusing their child," CFS would not act immediately or forcefully, but if someone reports, "Jessica the single mother on welfare, living in a shelter with her three children, I think is high on heroin," this is enough to apprehend children without even conducting an investigation, first, especially since Jessica was apprehended from her own mother as a child.
The biased opinion is that people that are subjected to abuse as children are more likely to perpetuate the abusive cycles as adults.
Within the first week of my children being apprehended, I debunked every claim reported against me. So how did it take me more than a month to get them back? The process was adjourned multiple times in the court and this is done on purpose so that CFS has time to build their case. CFS insisted on producing a, "Supervisation Order," which is a court order which requires to clearly outline very specific conditions for the parents to comply with, or otherwise have the children removed from their home and possibly face jail time. Seems a bit extreme for accusations that were founded to be untrue, isn't it? The social workers could not identify clear concerns about the children being in my home when prompted to do so by the justice navigator assigned to me by Legal Aid Services. They backpedalled and avoided the question, entirely. Then, once redirected to the question, the social worker went on to elaborate that her concerns are that I have yet to address my, "historical traumas," by seeking professional help. Upon being asked by me to elaborate on what she had meant by that, she described how I was apprehended as a child and this has had a direct impact on my ability to form healthy relationships.
So, CFS does not handle all reports the same. They only handle the cases involving persons who have previously been in the system with immediate and forceful apprehension of their children, randomly selecting other minorities and low income families, as to make it appear as if it is not inherently racist and criminal behavior.

I am asking all supporters to continue sharing out this petition. Share it again, and again. No more stolen children.
