It's been some time since I created this petition. Nothing has changed, except the egregious spending in campaigns has only increased and become more atrocious to think about how much of this money is wasted, while budgets are at a constant deficit, at every level. 

I've dusted off the petition, altered the direction slightly in considering half the money goes to the local budget for the office, and the other half to non-profits.
