Officer Layau Eulizier Jr. shot 18 year old Anthony Vega Cruz to death.He claims Cruz allegedly drove his car into him. The officer fired two shots at Cruz killing him instantly,Not only that the officer always killed another man back in 2015. We need this officer fired! He doesn’t even need a desk job!
