I do hereby declare:

I being a sovereign person with natural born rights do hereby refuse to transfer my sovereign powers back to the Westminster government.

From this day forward I declare with my fellow Scots independence from the Westminster government and shall resist any and all attempt to exert authority over our sovereign rights by peaceful non-compliance.

From this day forward we declare that we are independent . So say we all.
