WCC Consulting on Revised Whiteleys Development Proposals

Westminster City Council has just launched a consultation on revised proposals for the demolition and redevelopment of Whiteleys (a section 73 application). Register your views before 31 January at www.westminster.gov.uk/planning. The reference is 16/12203/FULL. The developers are still seeking to build higher than permitted by the Planning Committee last April though, compared with their original proposal, the revised proposal would slightly reduce the mass and visual impact of the new development.
