Knox City Council in Melbourne’s east has become the latest municipality to impose a 24 hour cat curfew. From October 1, residents will be required to keep cats on their premises or face hefty fines.

The new rules reflect community attitudes which found 85% of residents supported cat curfews. Let’s see the rest of Australia’s local government show their leadership!
