South Australia’s Environment Minister has urged local SA councils to start imposing stricter cat by-laws in preparation for statewide review of the Dog & Cat Management Act in 18 months’ time.

Like WA, SA has ongoing issues with wandering cats. Several SA councils have toughened their approach with curfews, confinement & seizure by-laws.
