Hello Everyone! 

Thank you so much for signing the petition to add a much needed crosswalk to SW Admiral (at 39th or Belvidere) I desperately need your help! The recent SW Admiral bridge work resulted in the addition of a temporary crosswalk at SW Admiral and 39th. I've watched so many of you use that crosswalk. Let's make it permanent!

Can you take two minutes to email the below list and let them know that you support a permanent crosswalk? Even if you will not use the crosswalk daily, showing your support for your neighbors would be very much appreciated. Your voice and email counts! I will meet with Councilmember Saka's office this month and would love to talk about the support you all provided.

Body: I support the need for a permanent crosswalk solution at SW Admiral and 39th Avenue because:

• I walk here everyday
• I need direct access to the elementary/high school
• I need safe crossing for my children
• I need direct access to the closest park - Hiawatha
• I walk to the grocery store (Safeway, Met Market)
• I walk to local stores 
• I take the bus and need safe crossing at the bus stop
• I support pedestrian rights and my neighbors
