Today is a monumental moment for 2.5 million citizens who were unfairly harmed by WEP 
and GPO for 40 years because they earned a pension or their spouses did, like teachers, police officers, firefighters, nurses, judges and other public service workers. 

Today, January 5th, 2025, President Biden signed into law the Social Security Fairness Act. repealing WEP and GPO.
