The City of Ottawa is planning to undertake a detailed design on a revamped Sparks Street Mall in the fall of 2019.​ We ask that they put the Sparks Street project on hold and instead work with the NCC and the federal government to assess the potential for a Wellington National Mall as a place of pride and gathering for Canadians.  Let's take vehicles off a key section of Canada's most historic street in front of Parliament Hill to allow walkers, bikers and the disabled to enjoy an exceptional capital experience.
