Thank you! More than 77,000 people have signed this petition asking President Trump to release his tax returns. The petition raises deep concerns that Trump will use the presidency to protect and enrich his international business interests. It's already happening. His inhumane, widely-panned executive order banning travel to the U.S. from seven predominantly Muslim nations (even travelers who have visas and have been properly vetted!) is supposed to protect America from terrorists. Yet, Trump conspicuously omitted from the ban many Muslim nations which have already exported terrorists to our shores -- including 18 perpetrators of 9/11. Why? The Muslim countries excluded are where the President and his company have done business. Experts agree that travel bans placed on Muslim countries will not make America safer. They're more likely to inflame hatred towards Americans and encourage terrorist attacks. Yet, this is a perfect example of how Trump can and will make policy decisions based on his own personal business interests. Please share this petition and continue to demand that President Trump release his tax returns! U.S. foreign policy based on Trump's personal financial interests is unethical and extremely dangerous.
