Jason Fanning was shot and killed by a st Joseph police officer, Justin bever. Jason wasn't doing anything wrong , statements claim Jason backed his car in to the patrol car, but evidence at the scene say otherwise. Jason was setting in his car doing nothing wrong at all. The investigation isn't over yet and the cop is back at work. Let's get this cop out and CHARGED WITH MURDER. 

- Jason is a loving father of 3 babies Chloe Xavier and kinzlee. So many family members that love him. We are all destroyed. Jason shouldn't of had to go through this. His heart is so big and full of laughter. So many good memories.. He would give anyone the shirt off his back , even if he went without jus to help.
