Help us please

Hello people how are you  ? I hope you doing well,   i don't want to make you sad though I heard something horrible right now   

Our government put Stray Dog or homeless dog in parks to bite our pets . As you know some of them are wild,   other night these dogs bit our friend's dog  from the behind  thankfully she is fine 

 please help us to complete this goal and go to next goal  hopefully someone will hear  and help us
