On August 9, 2001, a fifteen-year-old American girl named Malki Roth was murdered in the bombing of a Jerusalem pizzeria. The woman who chose that target — a restaurant she selected because it was full of families and children — was convicted and sentenced to sixteen life terms. She served eight years. A hostage deal set her free. Today she lives openly in Jordan, out of reach of an American indictment, a place on the FBI's Most Wanted Terrorists list, and a five-million-dollar reward for her arrest.
Malki's story is not rare. It is a pattern, and it is still running.

- Kathleen Luken | Her identical twin sister, Kristine, an American, was stabbed to death on a hiking trail near Beit Shemesh in December 2010.
- Tal Hartuv | The tour guide who was hiking beside Kristine that day. Stabbed more than a dozen times and left for dead, she survived, walked over a kilometer for help, and became a leading voice against the payments that reward her attackers. One of them was freed in the 2025 Gaza hostage deal.
- Arnold Roth | His daughter Malki, an American citizen, was murdered in the 2001 Sbarro bombing. He has spent more than twenty years fighting to bring her killer from Jordan to face American justice.
- Mark Goldfeder | Constitutional Law attorney and CEO of the National Jewish Advocacy Center, who is taking the financiers and enablers of terror into American courtrooms.
