I looked up Mr. Lerch's case today and it shows a motion was filed to unseal court docs FTR (not sure what that means).  I spoke with Mr. Lerch and he was telling me how the arresting officer injured his already injured hand during the arrest.  I filed a complaint with Mesa Police internal affairs and they rejected my complaint, claiming they already investigated it but I just barely found out about it this week.  They have been rejecting every complaint that has been filed.  So far, they are not wanting to hold their officers accountable so we need many more signatures and possibly more video comments from supporters.  The next step is to protest in downtown Mesa, Arizona.  Please share this and continue to spread the word.  Let's make it known that we citizens are fed up and we are no longer going to take their abuse of power anymore!  Thank you to all the supporters of this cause.
