Dear Attorney General Carr:

Please move on the complaints filed on November 18, 2025 against the Rome Floyd County Development Authority (RFCDA) for violations to the Open Meetings Act during their August 27, 2025 meeting.  First, the RFCDA failed to properly notice the meeting on their website.  Second, the full terms of the sale to Atlas Development were not disclosed prior to the public vote as required by law.
