The earth has been in existence for billions of years and it kept evolving, becoming home for evolving species and then the most evolved species, we, the humans came in existence. Sadly, since that day, we started on the path of generating garbage in every aspect that we touched. The rivers, streams, lakes are already full of garbage, not the polythene only but tons of chemicals that we use daily, be it shampoo, cleaning chemicals, are getting into these natural waters. The sub surface water is getting polluted, the oceans, the air is unbreathable with AQI levels exceeding 1000 during winters in the national capital region of Delhi. But are we satisfied with this, no, why should we. Now is the turn of space, yes, space junk is the new danger which is adding up at very brisk pace endangering satellites and manned missions.
