Posts on FB and Instagram detail not only extensive collusion, but several instances where individual citizens were identified for sharing their views, outside activist was sharing access to requests for records with  the DeForest utility director, tactic for targeting healthcare professionals so they don’t speak at village meetings, one board member was even alerted an outside activist was bringing a gun in their vehicle to the community listening session. These DeForest employees and board members did nothing to prevent harassment and potential threats to their own residents. 

Since this news broke, another board member has been harassing residents, demanding to know their name and address, threaten “criminal charges” against people who contacted the board, and even state they have begun tracing IP addresses of those who speak out. 

Another “fake” petition was started under the guise to out the president for allowing a vote. This was a bait and switch, the president voted to keep fluoride but if she was removed a board member who voted to remove would be in her place.
