We Need Your Help...

Dear petition supporters As you know, we have a new Government in WA. Disability Minister Stephen Dawson and Premier Mark McGowan have promised that they will consult heavily with people with disability and their families in WA over several weeks. We think they will make a decision by the end of this week and that is why we are asking for your help. The #nodisadvantage group is asking you to fill out a short survey to find out what YOU want - not just a national scheme or a state scheme, but exactly what you want from either scheme or a mixture of both. We're also asking what people have been able to access in the past, state based funds, no funding at all, block funded services, because if you come from not getting any support, anything looks good. If you can fill out the survey over the next few days, it will help WA Labor understand what West Australians with disability want.
