Hi Everyone, thank you so much for signing, it’s been an amazing initial response. Although the petition was started a week ago it was only on Monday that we started to share it amongst our community. That’s over 100 signatures every day so far. But we can do better.
In terms of next steps, we will be taking real life paper signatures into the community, into shops, bars and businesses and doing some actions at the station itself with commuters and rail users.

Please do consider asking family members, friends and colleagues to sign, also do share this petition on whatapp groups, on local Facebook forums and on other social media spaces too. Also if you know any local influencers or those with large followings ask them to as well. This won’t just benefit Mytholmroyd but all the surrounding areas including Hebden Bridge. There are over 8000 people just in Hebden and Mytholmroyd alone, let’s aim high. Thank you!
