Dr. Eric Hoskins, Chair of the Federal Committee on National Pharmacare understands the vital importance of doctors knowing drug costs.  Prescriptions need to be affordable to Canadians.  "Keep up this important work!" 

Cost-effective prescribing is not possible when doctors and nurse practitioners are kept unaware of drug costs when writing prescriptions. Patients and their families need prescription drugs choices that are affordable. The solution is simple- provincial formulary drug costs pop up automatically when doctors and nurse practitioners write prescriptions.
