Dear Friends:

We've gained over a thousand signatures since my last update about the legal win that gave clients of Mutual of Omaha in MA, the right to be insured for PrEP-- the single pill prophylactic treatment to prevent HIV infection. Thanks to GLAD, and we the people, the right to have affordable lifesaving care has been legally upheld for men & women insured by one company in Massachusetts.  Imagine if your family had a history of heart disease and you could not afford a statin that might save your life. That is what our petition is asking everyone to imagine and then act on so we can let congress know their needs to be a federal policy to protect "at risk" men and women, increasingly those that come from poverty, or states with a history of disempowering and persecuting POC. It's not Gay White Men in Massachusetts (only) that need our help. It's poor IV drug addicts in Iowa and Tennessee who need our voice.

We need to fight for the loves of our brothers & sisters in the midst of deposing an illegitimate president and complicit GOP Senate.
