We need this petition to reach 10,000 signatures for it to be considered by decision-makers—and right now, progress has stalled.
If you care not only about the animals themselves, but also about the impact this content has on our children and young people using social media, please help us by sharing this petition as widely as possible. Post it on your social media accounts, send it via message or email to friends and family, and encourage them to sign and share.
For over ten years, graphic monkey cruelty and torture videos have remained publicly available and easily accessible across social media platforms. This is content we do not want our children and young people to be exposed to.
Laws to prevent this are now in place—but they must be enforced consistently, starting now and continuing long-term. Social media platforms must take responsibility and remove all content that depicts cruelty towards monkeys and other animals.
This petition must succeed to ensure that Facebook, Telegram, and all other social media platforms take immediate and meaningful action. It cannot wait any longer.
If you haven’t already, please take a moment to sign—and share it now.
Thank You.
