We, the undersigned, are calling for urgent action from MNDSPORTNEVENT to fulfill their promise to refund payments for the canceled Onew Guess fan meeting in Kuala Lumpur that supposed to be held on July 27th 2024.

Despite the commitment to issue refunds by December 5th, only small amount of refunds have been processed, and all attempts to contact the company have been ignored. Messages, emails, and direct messages on social media have gone unanswered, leaving fans in the dark. Moreover, the company has resorted to threats of defamation against those seeking accountability, further exacerbating the frustration and mistrust.

This petition demands that MNDSPORTNEVENT immediately process refunds and provide transparent communication to resolve this matter. Fans should not bear the financial and emotional burden of the company’s negligence.
