I am JUST one person

I am just one person who cannot do much , I feel so powerless , if this was in my street , on my road , I would be out there helping as many people as I could possibly help . But I am not . I am at the other side of the world . I CANNOT sit and do nothing , anything is better than nothing . Voices are better than silence. I am Heartbroken and I am begging and pleading with you ALL .. to please please please please HELP . I LOVE YOU ALL
