In a statement by Ofgem, the UK energy regulator has confirmed that it has "no powers to prosecute criminal fraud and harassment by energy companies".

Whilst there have been multiple criminal complaints by energy consumers to Action Fraud, local constabularies have refused to review the available evidence.

Meanwhile, government is ignoring credible evidence of serious criminal fraud and harassment by energy companies and has done precisely nothing to protect victims that include some of society's most vulnerable.

If you were caught lying in court, in a way that caused harm or loss to others, you would expect to go to prison. If you fraudulently obtained a court warrant, then everything that stems from it is unlawful.

Energy companies are making knowingly false representations in court applications. The unlawful conduct includes contempt of court, perjury, abuse of process, fraud, and harassment.

Ofgem and government is FULLY aware of what has been going on. How do we know? Because we've provided reams of documentary evidence to prove it.
