Freds been way to lazy for way to long. His poor jeep has sat in the same spot for so long, its actually cause the tires to dry rot and loose air. He spends WAY too much time drinking, sleeping, and masterbating. 

There was once a time where fred wheeled amd stood tall (well....kinda). A time where fred could look at something and actually be ablento drive over it.
