Haringey Council has agreed to meet us to go through their plans in more detail - and talk with their contractors about the trees under threat.

They have also responded positively to the idea that the bridge design should be green.  And have emphasised their commitment to preserving and funding the Parkland Walk.

The council also asked us to amend some elements of our petition which they believe to be inaccurate – we have done so in good faith.
