Dear Sir Keir Starmer,

As loyal supporters of the Labour party, my family and I have been left deeply disturbed by your recent comments. It is with heavy hearts that we learned that during a Leading Britain's Conversation (LBC) interview on 11th October 2023 you have supported the Israel government’s action of cutting off life essential necessities indiscriminately to the population of Gaza, amidst the current humanitarian crisis. Such an action is deemed a violation of international humanitarian law.

We have always believed in Labour's commitment to human rights. However, these values seem compromised under your leadership. Your stance on this issue violates basic human rights norms.

We cannot stand by a leader who endorses such inhumane actions. For us to continue supporting the Labour party, we need a leader who respects human rights and upholds international humanitarian law.

We call upon you, Sir Keir Starmer, to immediately resign from your position as leader of the Labour Party.
