Once someone answers please follow this script below. If there is no answer, please keep trying throughout the day and the next several weeks (if it takes that long) until you get an answer from a live person and you can leave your message. 

CALL SCRIPT ONCE YOU CONNECT TO A LIVE PERSON:

 “I’m calling to leave a message for Jose Garza. My name is <callers name>. My number is <callers phone number>. Can you please repeat that to me. Okay great, the reason I am calling is because I want an update on the Rajan Moonesighe case.

Per your website, you will attempt to proceed to the grand jury within 30 days of the incident and if you cannot meet the 30 day deadline, you will release a public statement explaining the delay. It’s now been more than 30 days.

I watched the video and want answers. The city of Austin demands Justice. Please ask him to call me back. Have a nice day and thank you.”
