WB Portkey Games/EA come to an agreement to Digitally Distribute some Harry Potter Games

0 have signed. Let’s get to 2,500!

The Harry Potter games are a collection of fun underappreciated games that should be digitally distributed on Steam/Origin or also GOG, Xbox, and PlayStation (whatever works). Many of us are a coalition of people who have played these games over the past fifteen years, and there is a lot of hype going around with both Harry Potter and digital gaming. I would say that these games would still be a profitable asset if they were digitally distributed.

People are having trouble playing the games with safedisk/securom no longer being supported.

We know that there are licencing issues at the moment. Wb Portkey having current right but they belong at EA. We'd much appreciate any reaching out to each other in order to get something to happen. While later hp ea games contain EA proprietary software some of the early games ran on engines like Unreal. So we know that this would take financial discussion and some games might be easier to put out then others.

The dream goal is to get the PC versions of Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone, Chamber of Secrets, Quidditch World Cup, Prisoner of Azkaban, Goblet of Fire, Order of the Phoenix, Half-Blood Prince, and the Deathly Hallows part 1 and part 2 digitally distribured as well as add the differing console versions of Sorcerers Stone, Chamber of Secrets, and Prisoner of Azkaban for digital distribution distribution. This would mean to add the PlayStation 1 versions of Sorcerers Stone and Chamber of Secrets as well as the PlayStation 2 versions of Sorcerers Stone, Chamber of Secrets, and Prisoner of Azkaban to PC. The Xbox and GameCube are the exact same version as the PlayStation 2 versions so there's no need to worry about those. We understand that this would take work, but this would throw five completely different games from the PC versions into the mix.

^with that paragraph we understand not everything is compadible but any of this would be great

Ideas suggested to me:

Putting it into a bundle with mod support, achievements, accessories, 16:9, controller support, and Goblet of Fire/Quidditch World Cup co-op support

You could even try gradually releasing each game to test it out.

It would be greatly appreciated by not only me but the participants in this petition if this was looked into and accomplished.
