Drivers, The SBTC is polling the industry to understand if Drivers are going to shut down on Friday, April 12th, 2019 as part of the strike being organized by "Black Smoke Matters." Given our meeting with them last week, we believe FMCSA will be intentionally announcing their proposed HOS changes beforehand on either April 9th or 10th. Watch for a Federal Register notice.
