We, the undersigned residents of Wayland, request an amendment to the Settlement Agreement dated July 16, 2008 between named plaintiffs and the Town of Wayland, among others, which implemented strict traffic restrictions turning in and out of Glezen Lane onto Route 27. We believe that the traffic restrictions, which were implemented without public hearing and without the knowledge or approval of the vast majority of the residents affected, unduly penalizes the residents of the neighborhood and should be changed to best reflect the needs of the residents.
