Hey folks,
some steady growth in numbers on the petition today which is great. Sadly the New Ltd story on crowds at Manly on Thursday will not help our cause. Just to be clear I don't condone crowds on the beach. I and I hope all of the signatories, just want calm, safe access to the ocean for exercise, doing the things we love; surfing, swimming, body surfing, body boarding, paddling and I guess even SUPs ;-)
A true flat day today at Lake Bondi but when the swell hits let's hope we can surf without breaking the law. More press on the petition coming next week and also some news from Surfrider Foundations approach to the NSW Minister for Health. Let's keep doing the right thing and pushing for common sense and good health.
