It is great some schools in Waterloo region have clarified through email how they would like to celebrate Halloween this year, many schools are still quiet on the issue which leaves parents and kids with lack of direction.

Are they invited to wear a costume after the last communication directly from their school instructs the kids "No costumes this year"?
