The proposed changes to Ever After Music Festival include counterintuitive measures such as a lower decibel level and an earlier curfews. The economic and social benefits of music festivals to local economies and festival goers/patrons are far more influential than a few noise complaints. An open letter was recently sent to Waterloo City Council and is currently under review with more depth information to alternative solutions to the problems outlined in the CBC article, but we cannot stop there. We are looking for signatures to further the importance of EDM to our community and the happiness this festival brings.”
