The Bilberry Goats Heritage Trust are asking for your support to sign the Petition for Protection Status for the Bilberry Goats. 

The situation is CRITICAL at this time. The famous Bilberry Goats who once roamed the plains of Bilberry, in Waterford, Ireland, on their habitat, which has sustained the herd through the centuries, have no habitat at this time. 

The Trust brought the goats back from the edge of extinction in the year 2000. Down through the years the Trust has asked our local Council to provide the goats with a permanent habitat but were 'fobbed off' with an Open Space area, which looked good on paper but gave no rights to the animals to graze on. 

With Protection Status the 'unique' - ( DNA analysis status), Bilberry goats will be afforded a decent habitat in which to survive for generations to come. Please sign the Petition and share to family, relatives and friends. Please show our local Council that the Bilberry Goats do matter.
