$62 million a year is the Washtenaw County’s law enforcement budget. Obviously, they have enough to go after women of color for grammar mistakes and overcharge black teenagers but they can’t prosecute the killer of Aura Rosser or bring justice to David Ware. It is time our money is used for what we believe are the right priorities.
