Hello FERRY WISHKAH supporters! We have submitted our ferry name to the State Transportation Commission by the deadline. The Commission will CONTINUE TO CONSIDER any comments and signatures. Please keep sharing and add a comment!

Here are the key dates for the Commission’s 2021 ferry naming process:

October 8:  Naming proposals due (DONE!)

October 20 – November 19:  Eligible proposals reviewed by Washington State Ferries and the Ferry Advisory Committee Executive Council.  A survey of the Ferry Riders Opinion Group (FROG) panel members will be conducted, and naming proposals will be posted on the Commission’s web site for comment.

December 14:  After reviewing all public comment and input gathered, the Commission selects new ferry name
