Petition updateWarwick RI: Protect Open Space & Rocky Point Gateway No High Density Housing on Palmer!

We are getting there, but NOT there yet! 445 Palmer Update!

Word just came in that the developer has updated their proposal down to 4 lots.
That is still way too dense for this sensitive, historic gateway to Rocky Point. For over 100 years, this property has only ever supported one single home. Pushing 4 or maybe 8 units onto this parcel requires massive clear-cutting, strips away essential open space, threatens local drainage, wetlands, increases traffic congestion, and alters the historic character of the neighborhood.

We need a strong community presence to show the Planning Board that high-density development, tree canopy destruction, and loss of open space do not belong here!

Show up and make your voice heard!
